"I`m here in Strasbourg at an internet cafe. I must call to setup the internet at my residence so it may be a while before I have a good connection and can answer your messages quickly. I bought a SIM card for my phone so now I can make local calls. Tomorrow I will go to a supermarket to buy essentials, where I will hope to buy a calling card. The city is beautiful, but very cold like in Flagstaff with lots of ice. The public transportation is very useful, though it is very easy to get around on foot. My roommate Marie-Eve arrived today, and since she is Quebecois she has been very helpful. We will go to dinner after this and then maybe enjoy a few drinks. I love and miss you all and I just wanted to let you know that I am alive, safe, and poor as always :) I should also be updating my blog eva-sigersted.blogspot.com soon so look out for updates there.
